Mobility experts Love Stairlifts through an animated launch video wanted to convey the ease of buying their vast range of stairlifts and inquiring about their products and services.
to ideate and create a video highlighting the use of stairlifts from the consumers’ perspective, with their tagline Better Choice, Better Value, Better Care placed at the core.
emphasising the brand motto, the storyboard showcased a real-life scenario to help the customers instantly relate to the narrative.
the ease of procurement, installation, benefits and decision making process was highlighted through the character interactions.
the characters were designed and executed keeping in mind the transition of the elderly, to a more comfortable way of life. it narrates the problem of our main character and her struggles to climb up the stairs. the animation depicts the choices with the support of her family, as well as the seamless process and high level of commitment offered by Love Stairlifts.
while highlighting the problem solved by stairlifts, we also conveyed their key message: “life is full of ups and downs, and we’re here to make your life easier. We can’t solve all the problems in the world, but we can make getting up and down the stairs simple and pain-free.”
